Our Story
We started Connected Caregiver because we believe that no family caregiver should ever feel overwhelmed and alone. Family caregivers shoulder significant responsibilities—similar to professional caregivers—but typically without training, resources, or experience.
Founded in Nashville, Tennessee, My Connected Caregiver began as a Remote Patient Monitoring company serving doctors managing chronically ill patients. After witnessing how this technology could help families, our founders surveyed caregivers to understand their daily challenges.
The result? A suite of tools designed specifically for family caregivers—technology that reduces the mental load, centralizes information, and provides peace of mind for families caring for aging loved ones.
